Alex Retail cooperates with “Ameriabank” CJSC. All payments are made through a partner bank.
Non-cash payments are made through the payment system of "Ameriabank" CJSC. ArCa, Visa, Master Card and American Express cards are supported.
Cash payments are made in AMD. Cash payment is possible only in Yerevan at the time of delivery by courier.
We provide delivery service.
Delivery in the territory of Yerevan is carried out free of charge, within 3 days from the moment of receiving the order.
Delivery to the regions of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh is carried out free of charge by HayPost, within 7 working days from the moment of receiving the order.
International shipping is carried out within 30 working days from the moment of receiving the order. The cost of international shipping depends on the tariff set by the companies providing the service at the moment.
The products purchased from us can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions.
1. If you are not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery in Yerevan, you can return it to the courier. Non-cash payments will be returned to the card within 3 working days for Armenian cards and 6 working days for foreign cards).
2. An unused product in a proper condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if the receipt and labels are intact. To carry out this process, you need to contact the operator of our online department through a call, via Facebook Messenger, Instagram (Direct) or WhatsApp. Our courier will pick up the order back within the pre-arranged time. Non-cash payments will be returned to the card ((within 3 working days for Armenian cards and 6 working days for foreign cards)
3. A return through HayPost or international shipping companies can be made only if you contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel. If you do not contact us for the return of the product within 30 days of receiving it, the transaction is considered completed, after which it is impossible to make a return. A refund occurs when we receive the item back. The presence of the receipt and labels, as well as the proper appearance of the goods are mandatory. The return is carried out in a way convenient for the buyer. The buyer pays the shipping costs of the return and new product in accordance with the set tariffs.
4. Exchange via HayPost or international shipping services is possible if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. If you do not contact us on the 30th day after receiving the goods, we consider the transaction completed, after which it is impossible to exchange the goods. We only ship a new item after we receive the exchange item. The presence of the label and sales receipt, as well as the proper appearance of the goods, are mandatory. The exchange is carried out in a way convenient for the buyer. The buyer pays the shipping costs of the return and new product in accordance with the set tariffs.
