Pay cash or non-cash for your orders at alexyvn.com.
Alex Retail cooperates with “Ameriabank” CJSC. All payments are made through a partner bank.
Non-cash payments are made through the payment system of "Ameriabank" CJSC. ArCa, Visa, Master Card and American Express cards are supported.
Cash payments are made in AMD. Cash payment is possible only in Yerevan at the time of delivery by courier.
Delivery
Orders in Yerevan are accepted every day from 10:00 to 21:00 (after 20:00, only in the Greater and Small Center; orders to other addresses will be delivered the next day).
We provide delivery through Yandex Delivery. Within Yerevan, orders are delivered within a maximum of 2 hour after confirmation via Yandex Delivery.
Delivery cost 1000 AMD. For regions of Armenia, we ship via HayPost, and delivery takes 3–4 business days after the order is received. Rates: up to 1 kg — 1430 AMD, each additional 100 g — 200 AMD.
Returns
The products purchased from us can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions.

Within Yerevan, if the product is not suitable, it can be returned to the nearest ALEX YVN store.
. Non-cash payments will be returned to the card within 3 working days for Armenian cards and 6 working days for foreign cards).

A return or exchange is possible within 14 days if the product is unused, in proper condition, and returned with tags and receipt.
3. A return through HayPost or international shipping companies can be made only if you contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel. If you do not contact us for the return of the product within 14 days of receiving it, the transaction is considered completed, after which it is impossible to make a return. A refund occurs when we receive the item back. The presence of the receipt and labels, as well as the proper appearance of the goods are mandatory. The return is carried out in a way convenient for the buyer. The buyer pays the shipping costs of the return and new product in accordance with the set tariffs.
4. Exchange via HayPost or international shipping services is possible if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you do not contact us on the 15th day after receiving the goods, we consider the transaction completed, after which it is impossible to exchange the goods. We only ship a new item after we receive the exchange item. The presence of the label and sales receipt, as well as the proper appearance of the goods, are mandatory. The exchange is carried out in a way convenient for the buyer. The buyer pays the shipping costs of the return and new product in accordance with the set tariffs.
